Raised in Phoenix, Jeremy has seen this valley grow immensely since 1984 and has been part of this community serving as an insurance agency owner since 2006. Prior to insurance Jeremy helped clients improve their homes as a handyman from 2002 to 2006 so helping people comes second nature to Jeremy. Graduate with a marketing degree from Arizona State University in 2002 Jeremy has a full understanding of how to provide customers with exceptional service and carefully walks the lines between the insurance companies and clients to maximize coverage and minimize rate. When he is not helping people with insurance Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling about this amazing planet and working with amazing charities to give back to our community the best he can. As director of The Besse Family Foundation we aim to benefit 4 charities a year either with funding or volunteerism. Without amazing support from amazing clients like yourself, none of the above is possible so we consider ourselves extremely blessed to have you as a client.

Native of Phoenix, Jana has been active in the North Valley community either thru her family, her faith and her immense connection in the women’s sports community. Starting as a captain of the Mountain Ridge Softball team, working her way up to starting catcher at Glendale Community College to later go on to play at Georgia Southern, A D1 team as their starting catcher, and finally bringing it home to advance the youth in the sport…she brought her talent back to GCC as the Pitching and Catching coach. Today she focuses on family, faith and developing amazing relationships in the community both on the non-profit side with The Besse Family Foundation and as a Marketing Manager for Optimal. Her ability to connect to referring partners makes her the perfect fit in the organization and her dedication to the customer experience is why you will come to love her as your representative.

Was born & raised in Kaukauna, Wisconsin a town of 11,000 people. Both parents – teachers.

USAF Veteran 10 years. Desert Shield/Desert Storm participant active duty with the 415 Tactical Fighter Squadron F-117A Stealth Fighter Group.

Discharged Honorably after serving 10 year.

Graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with 20+ years of experience ranging from Aviation Insurance broker, insurance agent and business owner (15 years) for a large captive U.S. Insurance carrier, to experience being an Insurance underwriter and office manager.

For 15 years I have been married to my wonderful & beautiful wife Daina Ann Pfister. I have two (2) boys Joel (20) & Cameron (25). When I am not busy spending time with them you can either find me cheering for the Green Bay Packers or Phoenix Suns!

Jim has lived in Phoenix since 1985. Jim has lived many lives, served his neighbors as EMT for the City of Peoria from 1988 to 1996 alongside serving the US Air Force proudly also from 1988 to 1996 including a deployment to Desert Shield/Desert Storm in 1990. Jim has been in the insurance industry 1993 and is a wealth of knowledge and is equally passionate for helping customers with their Insurance needs, protecting and managing against everyday risks. He has two (2) boys Mike (34) & Adam (32). He also has 5 Grand Children and enjoys an active life.

Karrie is a native of Fort Atkinson, a suburb near Madison, WI and is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. In 2000 she decided to ditch the snow and move to Arizona. During that time, she has worked in health insurance but found her home in the personal lines insurance industry. Her and her husband Kenny enjoy the clear skies of Buckeye they are avid hunters and enjoy getting out and enjoying all that Arizona has to offer. They have had many pets over the years including several horses but for now they enjoy their dog Speedy and their horse, Doc.

Having worked as an agency account manager for the past 20 years, Karrie brings an extensive knowledge base and understanding on how exactly to manage the carriers while being 100% dedicated to our clients and their needs first.

Cody began his career as a teacher and coach, later running a fitness business, Invictus Strength Training. His passion for educating others led him to the insurance field, where he now has over five years of experience. He specializes in health insurance, Medicare, and supplemental coverage, guiding clients with empathy, clarity, and a personal touch. Cody is known for building lasting relationships through trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to helping clients make informed decisions.
